We have daily tours on campus. You can simply sign up online. They do offer different time slots you can like sign up for. It is a perfect opportunity to meet your future peers. And you get to walk around the campus.
I was 100% dead set on this one school and then one day, my parents were like, "We've got to go visit Georgia Southern." I was like, "Okay, only a little bit of a drive might as well."
And right when we got to "Sweetheart Circle," I was like, "Okay, Georgia Southern has something. I might like it." So we went on the tour and literally in the car ride back home. I told my parents I was like, "I'm going to Georgia Southern."
I attended the International SOAR. It was like a two-day experience. My SOAR Leader made the transition really smooth. They taught me like how to get to classes and, um, gave me some study tips.
And also met some really cool friends from different countries -- someone from Germany, and Honduras, Canada. So it's really cool that you're meeting new people from different countries. [MUSIC PLAYING]
