The atmosphere, it doesn't matter what game you're at is always fantastic. Because when you go to Georgia Southern games, whether it's football or volleyball or baseball, it's always like the feeling of being in a family. It's always got it. It's one more time. There's always a cheer or chant that everyone does together. And so you really just kind of feel like at that moment, you are Georgia Southern.
As a Georgia Southern student, we have free admission to all of our games, which is super awesome. They really love to get the attendance super high, get everybody hyped for the games, and really boost school morale.
So Georgia Southern does offer transportation from the other campuses to the Statesboro campus where they can also use their Eagle ID for admission for all of our athletic events. Once you attend that first game, the tailgates the people, the team, the coaches, everyone all has that same mindset and that same goal, and no matter win or lose, it truly is like, "True Blue forever."
As a student-athlete, I definitely go to as many of the games as I can just because I know that you know, it's a grind and I just want to be there to like support everybody, just as I would want them to support me. And it's so fun to like, have one of your friends who's performing and get to see them in their element and do what they love.
